The day before Teased to Tremble, we spent an entire afternoon wandering through Shanghai. And honestly, Shanghai is just made for city walks. Little stools by the street, delicate cafés, stylish boutiques, tiny shops that quietly pull you in… everywhere we turned, there was something that made us want to stop, look around, and step inside. We headed out in the afternoon, and somehow, without even noticing, the whole day slipped by. One of our Sharkies had recommended Columbia Circle, so it became the main battlefield for our walk that day. Gotta say, we really racked up quite the haul. We randomly walked into a fragrance shop and found a Chinese-style scent that we both really loved. Then we unexpectedly found the offline store of Yujian, a bath and body care brand Takki had already liked for a long time. So of course I let him go all out. Even a random clothing store turned into a little surprise. Takki tried on a new orange shirt, and he looked so damn handsome in it. That day, we ended up taking over a hundred beautiful photos again. Poor baby had to edit until he was exhausted, hahaha. But they really turned out so good. And since we were in Shanghai, of course we had to eat well. Our first meal was Fu 1039, recommended by a friend. It is Michelin-rated, but honestly, it felt a little more ordinary than expected. Surprisingly, the Cantonese hotpot we had at night was the real winner. It was so good, and the four of us ate until we were completely full. This episode also includes some rare moments of us hanging out with friends. People coming from different places, meeting in Shanghai, eating, chatting, laughing, and just spending a relaxed evening together. I hope we can always stay full of energy. Always curious. Always willing to go out, wander around, and stop for a small shop, a beautiful scent, or a shirt that makes my baby look extra handsome. 🌹 And all of this happened before that heated night.
